Commercial Moving in the DMV
Free, No-Obligation Estimate
Offices, agencies, and storefronts moved after hours, so your team returns the next morning to a space that is already up and running. One crew, one written plan, one flat rate.
Commercial Moving in the DMV
Infinite Enterprise Movers relocates DMV businesses, offices, government contractors, and retail on a schedule set by your downtime, not ours. Our own crew labels by department, protects the floors and corners, and stages the move so your doors open back up on schedule.
What sets it apart
For a business relocation, planning is the whole job. We walk both sites, lock down the elevator and dock windows, file whatever certificate of insurance the buildings ask for, and put the crew on it after hours so you reopen the next business day as if nothing changed.
What we relocate
- Desks, cubicles, and conference rooms
- IT, servers, and sensitive equipment
- Files, records, and secure documents
- Retail fixtures, stock, and displays
How we hold downtime down
- After-hours and weekend scheduling
- Color-coded labeling by department
- Elevators, docks, and COIs handled
- One lead from the plan to the punch list
Three Steps to Moving Day
From your first phone call to the last box set down in the right room.
Give Us the Details
Walk us through your move by phone, on a quick video call, or through the form. Back comes a flat price in writing, not a soft estimate that grows once the truck is loaded.
Reserve Your Date
Pick your day and we line up the right crew and truck, then file the DC no-parking permit, the building COI, or the freight-elevator reservation your move calls for.
We Do the Heavy Lifting
One lead runs the whole job, wrap, load, drive, and place, with our own DMV crew, and we plan the loading around the Beltway so the day does not slip.

Questions We Hear a Lot
Can you work around our office hours?
Nearly always. We schedule most office and agency jobs for nights or weekends, so your people come back to a room that is ready to run. The job is planned out by department, we cover the floors and elevators, and any building COI or dock slot is locked in well in advance.
What is my move going to cost?
Two things set the number: how much you are moving and how tough the access is. A two-mover crew with a truck starts at $135/hr, and you get an itemized estimate in writing before we carry the first box. Want a hard ceiling? Ask for a flat cap and the figure you sign is the most you can be charged. Out-of-state jobs price out on weight and the distance.
I’m moving into a downtown high-rise or condo. Can you handle the building rules?
All the time. Tell us the building when you book and we reserve the freight elevator and loading dock, file the certificate of insurance the management office wants, and time the move to the building’s approved moving hours, so nothing gets held up at the front desk.
Do you move out of state?
We do, and the whole trip runs on one of our trucks with one of our crews. No brokers, nothing dumped into another outfit’s trailer at a depot, and a delivery window you can actually build a plan around.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Infinite Enterprise Movers carries household-goods authority for Maryland, DC, and Virginia and full insurance, and every job runs with our own crew from start to finish, no broker taking a cut in the middle. Ask for the authority and coverage details and we will run through valuation with you before you commit.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Not a problem. Reschedule or cancel with at least a day or two’ notice and your deposit comes back whole. Each of these terms is laid out plainly on your booking, so nothing is left in doubt.
