How do you price a long-distance or PCS move?
The figure rests on your shipment’s weight or volume and the miles it travels, with a delivery window you can trust. The entire way it stays on our truck with our crew, so no broker takes a cut and there is no trailer swap at some warehouse. On a government PCS, we work the paperwork to your dates.
What is my move going to cost?
Two things set the number: how much you are moving and how tough the access is. A two-mover crew with a truck starts at $135/hr, and you get an itemized estimate in writing before we carry the first box. Want a hard ceiling? Ask for a flat cap and the figure you sign is the most you can be charged. Out-of-state jobs price out on weight and the distance.
Will you handle the packing?
As much or as little as you care to hand off. The entire place? We will box it top to bottom. Just the kitchen and the wall art? That works too. We bring proper cartons and paper, write the room on every box, and can unpack you on the far end once the truck is cleared out.
What if something gets damaged?
Thorough wrapping makes it rare, but should a piece get damaged we write it up right then and open the claim the same day. Before the job starts we go over released versus full-value coverage, so you understand exactly how a claim plays out.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Not a problem. Reschedule or cancel with at least a day or two’ notice and your deposit comes back whole. Each of these terms is laid out plainly on your booking, so nothing is left in doubt.
